More Word of Mouth Controversy

For those who have asked, yes, I have seen Andy Sernovitz's article on iMedia this morning.  And yes, I probably will fisk his article here a bit later when I have some free time (which is a rarity these days with a few of our clients in full-blown planning right now).  Gimme a day or two.
