Offer Accepted

Lauren and I put in a bid on this house and it was accepted yesterday. I am lobbying hard for control of the basement, so I can have a spot for my GarageBand recording studio. This will give me the ability to record more crappy songs for Joseph Jaffe.

But seriously, folks. We're very excited, very nervous and very optimistic all at once.
